Good questions
The practical part.
Will our client ever know you exist?
No. No contact, no credit, no case study without your written permission. If a call needs a technical answer we join as your team or we send you the answer to deliver. It is in the contract, not just on this page.
Do you sign NDAs and MSAs?
Yours, not ours. Send the paper you use with every other vendor. We sign before any file moves, and we work under your existing terms rather than asking you to re-paper a relationship.
What is your actual capacity?
Small and honest about it: two pods at a time right now, which is roughly two retained clients plus overflow batches. When we are full we say so and give you a date, rather than taking the job and going quiet.
What if the product is hard? Fine text, glass, a regulated claim?
Then the free test frame is where we both find out, before you have promised anyone a date. Packaging copy, complex transparency and heavily regulated categories are still genuinely difficult. We will tell you that instead of delivering something 80% right.
Can you work in our spec and our pipeline?
Yes. Your naming convention, your folder structure, your codecs and resolutions, your project tool. Send the delivery spec with the brief and it comes back the way your editor expects it.
Is it AI or real?
Both, deliberately. Anything with a face making a claim is shot for real in Los Angeles. Environments, product motion, b-roll and variants are generated. Products run through a 3D twin so they stay exact. Every asset ships with a note on how it was made, which your client's legal team will eventually ask for.
Who owns the files?
You do, on payment. Masters, mezzanines, boards, twins, releases. Clean transfer so you can pass rights straight to your client.
Rates and terms?
Published above, so you can price your markup without a call. Fifty percent to start on projects, monthly in advance on pods, net 30 if your finance team requires it.
